Reeeived Monday, 11 a.m. NEW YORK, April 11. In Bogota® today the Governrnent announeed that martial law exists throughout Colombia, and the army will shoot myone seen looting. The army lias taken over the distribution of all meat, and milk is being distributed under an armed guard. The people have been warned. to stay indoors and keep their windows and doors elosed. Martial law came twelve hours after a state of siege was deelared last night and the general strike ealled on Friday :s still in effect.
