WELLINGTON, April 10. SHIRLEY Temple, Deanna Durbin and 'Paulette' Goddard head' the ' list of Hollywood's ten worst dressed women of 1948, compiled by Ray Driscoll, the well known fashion designer. In his list, Driscoll considers only those stars who spend small fortunes on their wardrobes. They should know how to dress, he says, but-they don't.

He':-picked— Paulette Goddard becanse "the New Look on her is a bad look." He condemns Shirley Templpt becanse she dresses "like.a refugee^irom the nursery."
