Hundreds of firefighters who struggled all night to save their homes and timbermills are exhausted and calls for voiunteers are "being made . at hali'hourly intervals. Two of the fires are less than a mile from the township cf Launching Place and the wind is blowing burning debris in showers ucrops the ' township.
