* TIMARU, April 8/ ;The third and final 'Tixfiaru sale of the 1947-48. wobl selling season washeld today. The offering comprised 17,602 bales of new season 's-wool. The bulk was later shorn wools and in most cases they were ofif colour and heavy in condition. Copipetifion. was general and well spread and remained keen throughout the sale. Merino 0 and . fint half-bred were fully. firm and crossb'red on a par with recent saies. A large quantity of lambs' wool was offerea und met a ready sale.
