Agreement Promised Over Falklands
BOGOTA, April 6. Confidence thn.t a inutuEllv satisfactory agreement over the Faiklands could be reached with Britain as the result of discussions now going on at Buenos Aires between the two eountries, was expressed bv the Argentine Foreign ^linister, Juan Atilio Beeamuglia, iii an interview. "The British are gentlemen. I think the dispute can and will be settled in that spirit," he said. Ile added that he had jointlv arranged witli Chile for a conference to settle all Antarctic claims — a conference at which Britain, the Umted Btates, Boutli Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Xorway and all countris in teiested in the probleni, would be repre sented. We don 't consider we are harrying Britain in the dispute over tlu Faiklands. We consider it to be a matter of justice and justice is not all'ected b v passing events. "
