Rugby Starts This Year On April 24
Rugby football will officially commence i|i Horowhenua this yeaf on April 24 and, providing grounds krt niade available and conditions are satisfactory, a start will be made on that date with club cottipetitions. This was the decision of the management committee when it riiet in Levin last night. Noniinalions for teams aiid selectors jnust be in the hands of. the committee by April 13. The fixtures committee this vear will comprise Messrs C. Wilkinson, J. E. Fuilartoh and J. D. McFarlane.
