With agreement in principle on three machinery clauses in connection with the disposal and exploration of oil in Eastern Austria — an agreement involving sutstantial conce-ssions by both the Russian" and Western Powers — the Foreign Ministers' deputies discussing the .'ormer German assets in Austria have made progress for the first time in manv weeks.
