MASTERTON, April 6. A rally and march past for the visit of the world Chief Guide, Lady Baden-Powell, yesterday was .probably the largest in the history of the Wairarapa scouts . and guides. The informality of Lady BadenPowell put her in close touch with the bfowni'es and cubs, whom she intrigued with a colourful descripfcipn of her former home in East Africa and of her subsequent world travels. She was welcomed at a Ssre:ely-atten'ded eivic reception at night. !
