Reuter,
Comjriqht)
Received Friday, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, April 1. The Big Four Foreign Mmisters' deputies, despite Russia's offer yes- ' terday to sc.ale down her demands for payment for German assets in ■'Austria to 150.000,000 dollars in convertible currency, spread over six years, made no progress when they met again today. • The British and Anierican delegations hsld that the claim must be considered in connection not only with Austria's ability to pay, but also in connection with the question of Austrian reparations. The British delegation held that Austria should pay no reparations to any Allied or sfssociated power, but the Russian delegation claimed ;hat reparations were not under discussion, and at this point the depujies adjourned until tomorrow.
