a MASTERTON, April 1. Charged , with having h'een ,intoxicated while. in ciiaige of a truck, Maurice Broughton, 57, fieezmg worker, was fine'd £15 and his driver's licence cancelled for 12 months when he appeared in court this -morning. A' police constable warned Broughton that he was in no condition ro drive the truck, but Broughton disregarded the warning and stgrted to 'drive the vehicle.
