. Received Tuesday, 8.55 p.m. SAN FRANCISCO, Marck 30. v Tke Fifty-Nation Havana Trade Pact was an event unprecedented in human annals, declared Rt. Hon. Walter Nash, who is here en.route for New Zealand after attending the Havana Conference. He said: "It is the fir'st time inhistory that so many nations have adopted agreed • rules of trade. Ultimately this agreement /will* end trade discrimination." Mr. Nash is taking with him an agrpement "between New Zealand ana - the United Sfates to end double taxation of companies operating ftf hoth countries. "This will undoubtedly attract new American "business and help ' ease the _ dollar shortage "nowrestricting trade between the two countries,,, said Mr. Nash.'
