Received Wednesday, 1q' a.m. MANILA, March 30. Forty-four members of the Philippines constabulary entienched in barracks at Naie, near Cavite, refused to- surrendel- today after a mutiny in which thr,ee officers were kilied. The eonstabulary chief, Brig'adier Mariano Castaneda, gave the mutineers until midnig'ht to sudmijfc, . after ~ which . troops would begin shooting;-' :
