Fraser. • While it is doubtful if this announce ment would -have covered such topieqi points as conipulsory training aml tlu future of J Force, tlie statement nevej' theless .was worthwhile. The Briiue Alinister is now in Dunedin for a vveek, and it is now doubtful vfhen, and il tlie statement will be issued.
