This iollows an aiiplication for author ity for an increase ti) cover increase-.l costs of ravv mateilals, fuel, freights and vvages aniounting to £115,227 au nually. After consideration of eou lidential ligures tlie Tribunal authorises the company to' increase its, selling prices of soap products to an exteu. whieh will recovcr the additional nei revenue (before taxation) not exceed ing £47,006 annually caleulated on tln .uinual production of not less than tha1 .•sliiiiated by the applicant. "Tlie company will tlierefore be rd quired to absorb £66,227, the dilferencv between the increascd costs and tlu relief granted by the Tribunal," saythe judgment.
