The conference of European Socialist Parties declared its sup- ' port for the MarshallriPlan apd-JT,r , gretted the refusal of Russia and j her satellite countrles to participate in the European recovery pro- ' gramme. . , ,, , ,, i The conference decided that the 1 Socialist Parties should not take I part in the "United Europe" congress at The Hague next May, but 1 pledged support for the conference 'of Socialist Parties in Paris- 011 April 25 to co-ordinate efioris toi wards a United States of Europe.
