'room in the proposed War/ Memorial Hall. It was resolyed that the letter be presented a't' tfie annual general meeting of the branch, as itcontained data relating to subsidies for community centres. It was agreed that the matter ofnominations for( Dominion president and vice-president be" placed in the hands of the executive to be* dealt with. Mr. B. Clayton"' reported that he and Mr. Bateman had met- the Women's Institute regarding the arrangements for the usual Anzac dinner. The matter was left to the women's Institute to arrange as it saw fit.
