Levin School Fete On Tuesday
In a modified' form, the annual fete of the Levin Sc-hool wi'll be held in the school grounds on Tuesday next,. commencing at 1-.30 p.m. In the past the whole day has been fievoted to -the function, . but this year it has been- decided toconfine it to the afternoon. . The parents are respondihg very generously, . as usual. An., "egg day" on Thursday pfoduced .ovqr 20 dozen eggs, and alrea'dy large supplies of jams and' pickles have been collected-. Vegetables and fruits have been promised for Monda.y and TUesday moniing. Ad'ditions to the library project, material', sports gear and a sewing machine are the mai-n objects which the teachers have in view in organising the function.
