Pleading not guilty to a charge of unlawful carhal knowledge of agiiT under the age of 16 years, Martin Brian Havill, an engineer, aged 24, single,- was committed to the next sitting of the Supreme Court at- -Palmerston North for trial, when he appeared in the gistrate's Court at Palmerston North yesterday.
