Tlie dismissal followed Mr. Papanek 's_ charge that Russia used a threat of for.ee to overthrow the Czech Government. Mr. Pap.anek said today that until he reeeives his dismissal signed by Dr. Benes he will consider himself the delegate of the Czeehoslovakian Republic existing* befoVe the! Communist coup.
