ITALY ACCUSES COMMUNISTS
ROME, March 15. The Prime Minister, Signor de Gasperi, aceusing the Communists of organising disorders in Italy, said it was impossible to collaborate with the Communist Farty taecause it was part of- an international movement directed by functionaries of a foreign country.
