ROTORUA, .March 11. Pleadiug guilty before justices tlii> afternoon to the robbery of James Henry Edwards of £47 with violence, two Maoris, Sain Hunia (22) and Kaka Milca (21), both employed by the State Forest Service at Waiotapu, were re manded to tlie Supreme Court, Auckland, for sentence. Coinplaintant stated that he was re turning to camp by a back road ou Marc'h 6 and did not recall being knocked uneonscious. He reeovered to find his eoat covered with blood and ht had been injured on the face and h i j, His money and tobaeco poueh had disappeared. L_The poliee produced a statement by Hunia that he and Mika had followed Edwards for half a mile and then al tacked him. His poueh was thrown into a hot pool and the money divided. He had produced £15 10s from -his share and Mika, who made a similar admission, handed over £16.
