- It is not surprising that Director Fritz Lang is enthusiastic about his latest picture, "Ministry of Fear", the unusual psychological mystery drama which opens tonight at the Civic Theatre. The title, "Ministry Of Fear" starts with the »letter "M," the thirteenth letter - of the alphabet, and that's enough to guarantee a hit, as far as Director Lang is concerned. Rated by many eritics as his masterpiece and as a motion picture classic is the fihn whose title contained only one letter. This was. "M," a .powerful psychological study of a criminal, in which Peter Lorre starred.
