Nigeria says that the Nigeria kept sailing when two Argentine naval tugs tried to draw alongside . to let an Argentine lieutenant deliver a protes& to Mr. Miles Clifford, Governor of the Falkland Islands. They finally gave up\ and instead exchanged compliments witli the cruiser.
