Veteran Bowler's Match

A veterans' match was played recentiy by members off the Levin and Central Bowling Clubs, the former winning four of the five games and scoring 115 points against 83. Mr. W, Sharp Welcomed :the Levin veterans to Central ,'green. . Mr. C. Larsen expressed thanks to Central for a most enjoyable match and- extended an invitation for its veterans to .visit the Levin green. The following are the results of the games played, Central rinks , being mentioned first- in each instance: — " Common, Hearle, Poad, Newton (s) 12; lost to Jones, Powell, Laurie, Bull (s) 28.
