Received Tuesday, 10.15 a.m. JERUSALEM, March 1. The British Commander-in-Chief, Lieut.-General G. H A Macmillan, had his motor-car .'blown up by an electric mine on the JaffaJerusalem Road. General Macniillcin was not in tho car. Concealed snipers then shot up the car Irom nearby hills.
