U.S. Has Secret Pact With China
Received Monday, 11.5 a.m. NEW YORR, Feb. 29. The U.S. State Department announced that a secret agreempnt on military aid was signed by the United States and China before the end of the wai*. It provided foy the shipnfent to China of 1071 planes, including fighters, heavy bombers and reconnais'sance planes. Of this total, 836 have been delivered and the remainder will follow soon.
