Received Sunday, 8 p.m. CAGEIARI (Sardinia) Feb. 29. The most violent tidal wave ip living memory struck the port and sank four barges_ ancl tAvo sloops and tore fhe hawsers off all moored craft. The wave also completely washed qway ,q now pier imder eonstruetiQn aud ' br^ach'ed the existing pier.-
