Received Friday, 10.50 a.m. . BRISBANE, Feb. 20. All the occupants of a R.A.A.F. Lincoln bomber were . ^'Hed ins'tantly when the plane civashed at Ambroley aerodrome. The plane carried a crew of six, a spare crew of six and four others. The bodies were incinerated. The plane was about to land after a training flight and the pilot apparently attempted to land too far down the airstrfp. The plane did not touch down and when the pilot attempted to rise again the plane dived into the ground. The petrol tanks exploded and the heat was so intense that rescue workers were unable to recover the bodies until over an hour later. The plane is the first Austra-lian-made Lincoln to crash. They are produced by the Munitions Department at a cost of £110,000 each. An official inquiry will be held.
