Received Wednesday, 7 p.m. WASHINGTON, Feb. 17. Mr. Wiliiam Green, president of the American Federation of Labour, told the House Foreign Affairs Committee fchat a meeting of representatives oi non-Communist trade unions in the Ki Marshall Plan eountries, would be heid in Brussels towards the end of March. The pmpose of the meeting would be to educate the'working people of th16 eountries on the real meaning of the Marshall plan and United States' motives therefor.
