"A person who 'submits to a local Association satisfactory evidence of having served overseas in aceordance with the provisions of this Rule, notwitlistanding that- such person may be a member of the New Zealand Permanent or Interim Armed Forces." (2) The addition of the following words to Rule 13 Clause B. "Except that the Dominion Council may on the recommendation of the Dominion Executive Committee deem to be eligible for active membership any person whose service in accordance with the provisions, of this Rule was meritorious, irrespective of the nature of the discharge received." (3i Inserting the following as Rule 14 Clause H. "Providing that where any member of a local Association compounds his subscription in accordance with the rules of that Association, and desires a transfer to another j affiliated Association he' shall be admitted as a member of that Association upon receipt of advice to this effect from his own Association and the member's own Association shall deal with an application for such advice in pursuance of this Clause.
