Received Sundav, 1.1 p.m. SYDNEY, Feb. 15. Serious eyclonie storms, apparently centred-in the Riverina area, have iti terrupted comniunications hetween the southern part of Australia .and the north. Miles -jf lelegraph wiros and many- poles are down and cables t'or Xew Zealaud nevvspapers havo not heen recehed for several hours. The Pos] Otlice is unabie to state when conuini ni catious will he restored hut it is up likely to l)e hefove early morning. Be cause of th,e interruptions n&ws of the storm damage is rneagre. The. tlamage hetweesp Albury and Wagga is believed to ba exteusive. A heavy thunderstorm was exporienced ,at Canberra.
