! WELLINGTON, February 12. The concluding day of the Wanganui Club's centennial meeting tomorrow has drawn f'urther good fields. . The tit-bit of the day will be the clashing of Great Trek and Majesty in the Jackson Stakes. These two smart milers should provide a thrilling duel. The turning track' should suit Great Trek more so than the northerner- and w.ith this advantage the Hastings youngster " • .should have the edge on Majesty at the post.

After a rocky passage in .the Centennial Gup, Silver Treasure came hpme -with a solidly sustained run to get up t'o beat Dunbar for second. A repetition of this fine performance in the Earle Stakes should give Silver Treasure an excellent chance of turning the tables on Robin's Reward. Yasda was another who came through a ruck in the Cup to race solidly into fifth place. Although now on the 9.6 mark Robin's Reward's first day form. will make him hard to keep out of the money agai'n. On this week's track form at Hastings Welcome Guest might prove a good lightweight prospect. He is overdue for a win. In the open sprint, the Campbell Handicap, Theocritus, who gave every indication of being back to form, Hast week, must hold an excellent chance-, but if The Pagan repeats Trentham form the topweight will-certainly strike a tough proposit-iori. The Pagan is very fit as also is. Red Herring. "phe race appears.to rest between these three, as it is uhderstood that Aggravation is likely to start in the Jackson Stakes. Keen interest is being taken- in' the Jnter-Dominion Trotting meeting • at Epsom. where the crack pacers and trotters in the Dominion and Perth (Australia) are competing.
