The ehances of New Zealand suffering a power shortage this year similar to that of last year are not considereil likely by .the chief engineer of the Wtate Hydro-Electricity Departmenl (Mr. F. T, Kissel), who is visiting Dunedin for the conference of the Xew Zealand Institute of Engineers.
