Probably Sniffed The Wrong Breath
SYDNEY, Feb. 10. The Pacific mine on the New.castle field is idle today because, according to the management, a wheeler complained that his horse had a bacL , breath. The management sniffed the horse 's breath and so did lodge officials but no odour coiild be detected. One employee suggested that the horse might have been eating onions. i The wheeler, however, still contended the horse had a bad breath and refused to work, with the result that the remainder of the men returned home.
