MORE ARRESTS IN INDIA
Received Monday, 11.45 a.m. NEW DELHI, Feb. 8. Police have arrested 422 members of the outlawed Rashiriya Swayamsevac Sahgh in east Punjab in the past four days. Armed troops guarded the residences of all Ministers in New Delhi. The afea 4n which Mr. Pandit Nehru and Mr. Vallaghai Patil, Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister live, resembies an armed camp.
