The Daily Telegraph 's speciai Karachi correspondent says a suggestion lieing canvassed is that India anu Piikistan sliould eacli choose a delegate from a British Dominion as its nonunee on the proposed CNO Kashmir Comnnssion and these two should appoint a Dominion representative as chairtnan. Canada, Australia' and New ZealaipLare mentioned as a possible ehoiee. The British Governinent, it is understood, would favour such a course if India agi-eed. Pakistan has alwavs wanted its disputes with India deal't with as domestic. affairs within the Commonwealth and it is felt that if the com-, missioh.'s membership were confmed to Dominion delegates, something o'f that domestic atmosphere most favouraple to a peac^ul solution, would be ereated.
