Treaty Between Russia and Rumania

' Russia and Rumania have signed. a treaty of friendship and mutual aid. reports AIoscow radio.-- The treaty is for a 20 yeai-s' period with the option of further renewal and operates immediately. Afr. Molotov said the treaty wonld he received with satisfaetion by all sincere friends Qf peace foi it expressed the two countries' intention to cooperate in accordanee with UNO's principles.
