WELLINGTON, Feb. 6. The fldor of a tramcar is not a public place in law. 'Upholding counsel's submission to this effect, Mr. A, M. Goulding, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today, dismlssed an unusual charge brought against John Shiiite Saxon, a chemist, of spilling tear gas on the floor of a tramcar.
