^ Received Fridav, 7 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 30. Intcrest in the future of Bos Murphy remains very keon in Britain. So far very few of tlie British newspapors have even mentioncd the damage to Murphy 's foot, chieflv owing to the plucky mauuer in, which he disguised liis injurv. As a result the New Zealander has received less credit for his showing agaiust Hawkins than is actually his due. The most common reinarlt is: "lf- he only had a right band. " But Murphy 's manager is confident he can answer this when the New Zealander is fully reeovered.
