LEVIN BOROUGH COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR SANCTlON OF LOAN NOTICE is hereoy given that the Levin Borough Council proposes, at a Meeting to be held on Monday, the 16th day of February, 1948, to consider a motion to appiy to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £2700 for the purposes of: — (a) Meeting the cost of making exrensions and improveinents to the Levin Municipal Abattoir, and, (b) Out of the proceeds of the loan, refunding to the District Fund Account (for the credit of the Abattoir Revenue Account) the sum of £2522/4/7 advanced therefrom to provide for the cost of making extensions and improvements to the Levin Municipal Abattoir. . The security for such loan shall be a special rate of 65/400ths. d. in the £ on the rateable value (on the basis of the ummproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Levin. Any person having objection to the pfoposed application is called iipon to submit the same in writing to the Levin Borough Council not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
