Calling All Cats
Received Thursday, t p.m. NEW YORK, Jan. 28. The Aimerican Feline Society is completing plans to comh 39 States, Canada and Costa Rica for 50,000 cats for Europe. The programme was begun after the London Daily Mirror carried- an • editorial emphasising the need • of - a- million cats to cat'ch the rats- stealing precious grain froan hungry EurOpeans.
