WrELLlN GTON, Jan. f22, After one of the best action pictures seen for some time for fuen of theii vveight, with both trading punches freely but not revealing ,a- real killer blow, Jack Marr (12.2) Victorian light heavyweiglxt champion, and Doug Bol: linson, Auckland (12.1.) New Zealand light heavyweight title lxolder, drew in a 12-round open air eontest staged by the Hutt Valley Association at Petone tonight. The attendance reflected a marked revival of interest with the possibility of buniper gates when the Australian iniddle and light heavyweight champion, Dave Sands, arrivw next month. In an early fight Paddy Slavin (Auatralia) notehed his third knochout win in this country when a fight against Tommy Hanson (Wellington) . was stopped in the eighth of a scheduled 10-round eontest.
