A pamphlet issued by headquarters of the Trades Uuion Congress, proclaims the right of every worlcer to a voice in the runing of industry and urges the greatef use of joint workers' and emplovers' production committees in the administration of privately owned fifms. The pamphlet suggests that employers should give their workers full details of a finn's profits, output production and policy.
