— Received Tuesday, 7 p.m. ' LONDON, Jan. 20. A pamphlet issued by headquarters of the Trades Uuion Congress, proclaims the right of every worlcer to a voice in the runing of industry and urges the greatef use of joint workers' and emplovers' production committees in the administration of privately owned fifms. The pamphlet suggests that employers should give their workers full details of a finn's profits, output production and policy. "They have a greater right to this information thar the shareholders, " it states. Another suggestion is that committees should be set up in privately owned organisations to malce recommendations pn staff promotion^ and to discourage nepotism. The pamphlet is regarded as an interesting ' iudication of the Labour Party's plans in framing its policy for the next general election.
