Received Tuesday, 11.15 a.m. . V1ENNA, Jan. 19. An authoritative source says thatthe Russians are demanding a 100 per cent. increase in the price of oil produced in the Sovie't-controll-ed ziesetersdorf oil fields. The source said that thd Russians, by this demand, hoped tb wreek the Marshall Plan in Austria. The ctemand would necessicate a complefe review of Marshall aid to Austria.
