This year the award in pathology was offered to New Zeaiand, and has been accepted by the Otago Medieal School. It has beeti gratited to vDr.' N. P. Markham, who is tnaking a special- study of pathology. Dr. Markham is a soll of Mr. and Mrs. A. Markham, of Oamaru.
