Otlicers at the subinarine ba.se at Connectieiit, discJosed that four .sniunarines whieh are being given to (treece. are 110 w in the Paeiiie and will return to the I'nited Htates during the next two nionths. Turkish naval otlicers are now iieing trained at Connecticut and Turkish crews are arriving this month for six nionths of insti'uctions. I.t is also aniiounced that the I'nited States has transferred six gunboats to Cheeee and these are already taken over.
