Spaak to negotiate with King Leopold, who is now in Switzerlancl, in , a iinal effort to solve the "roval question, ' ' says the Daily Herald 's Brussels correspondent. The Sociaiists are ready to discuss tlie accession of Prince Badouin, aged .17, Leopold/s heir. It is believed King Leopold is agreeable, In a let-ter to Cabinet he is said to have expressed satisfaction with a recent statement by M, Spaak that the King's honour would not be discussed.
