MANAKAU W.I. MEETS

There was a small attendaiice at the monthly meeting of the Manakau Women's Institute; at which ■ Miss COtter presided. After the business had been disposed of, three iletters were read from the institute's link in England, acknowledging parcels sent. One from the secretary of the link voiced appreciation of a parcel of soap forwarded. The singing of the National Anthem brought the meeting to a close.
