The Russian Government will d'eal direct with the Bntish manufacturers, but the British Government undertakes to faciJitate the completion of orders by agreed dates. The agreement also proyides that shipping representatives should meet innnediately to xnake necessary arrangemeiits for developing trade between the two countries.
