The Times 's Rome eorrespondent says that after eonversations which have been proceeding on and off for nearly a t'ortnight, Italy and Yugoslavia so far have failed to agree on the name of a candidate for the post of Governor of Trieste • Free Territory. The Yugoslav Government proposed three names, none of which was acceptable to the Italian Government, while the latter snbmitted two names which were rejected by the Yugoslavs. A third name was yester day conrmuuieated to the Yugoslav hlinister who is now awaiting a repiy froni Belgrade. . i
